So we know the updates usually kick in around 10:00 pacific. Will that include everything? Phone, watch, TV etc?

Do Apple release updates to a number of users at a time, if that makes sense, rather than to everyone all at the same time?

What I mean is during previous iOS releases, I was able to see and download the update, but others weren't and vice-versa.

It would make more sense for them to seed by region I would have thought in order to reduce overhead on their servers, not sure how the phasing works however.

Apple Turkish web site says that ios 11 is coming on September 20.

If this is to be believed, considering Turkish time is 10 hours ahead of Pacific Time, ios 11 will not be released before 2 pm pasific time.

20 Eylül means September, 20.
