Allergic to melon?

I never heard of people being allergic to melon but i'm allergic to a lot of nuts but not pecans which aren't a nut I don't think.

This doesn't surprise me... I'm allergic to kiwis and my father is allergic to mangos. It isn't as rare as you think I guess you could say.

melon allergies

I am extremly allergic to all melons and I used to eat them as a kid. As I grew up, the more melons I ate the worse I became. I started with the itchy mouth and throat. Now if I even smell melons, I can not breathe. I start to cough and wheeze. I need an inhaler to calm everything down. It is not fun
