Apparently Blue light from monitors significantly inhibits melatonin production. It also seems to cause the most eye strain.
Would it be a good idea to be able to change the color temp? I'd like to have a daytime and nighttime setting available like in the program "F.lux."
I usually don't fall asleep right away so I like to use my ipad in bed. I can't be the only one, right?
