The way you embed the videos is:

Go to the Youtube video and copy the letters in the URL address bar after "watch?v="

Example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tjgtLSHhTPg

You would take the "tjgtLSHhTPg" and wrap Youtube tags around them
