I have an app that has a plugin to use perl. the app is basic telnet app that lets you using perl on incoming and outgoing data.
the app works by having a text box, and allow you type long commands out, and you can enter multiple commands by using Alt-enter letting each command sit on a different line. similar programs on the windows side lets you use ";". i would like to write script a perl script to use subsitution of ";" for alt-enter. my question is what character is alt-enter? is its a "\r"?
