    When did long-touch start bringing up the alt-text for images on web pages? :D

    I can't reproduce this on 7.1 b4. Has it been removed or am I doing it wrong?

    Long press on an image in Safari and along with button options that appear the alt text for that image will appear above those buttons.

    Yeah, ok, managed to find a valid image for this.

    I couldn't do it earlier because it doesn't work for images that are links, you just see the URL. A shame because most images are links really.

    Also, I was so sure this wasn't working because I went to the wikipedia article on the alt attribute and their example (not a link) didn't show me any alt text. But now I can confirm on a desktop browser (Mac Chrome) I don't get any alt text when I hover over it either, haha.
