iPhone Alternative to CarTunes?

So with all the buzz saying that iOS 11 is gonna drop support for 32 bit apps, that kinda leaves me in the dark for a music player while in my car. Currently CarTunes does a fine job, but by the looks of it the dev does not intend to update his app. I've reached out to him via Twitter and email but no joy. I've started getting the popups saying that it will soon be incompatible.

So, in lieu of buying a new head unit that supports CarPlay, what's a good alternative? I currently like the big font and gesture controls, so I'd like to keep them.

Thanks for the suggestion. I had a look at it and while totally lacking in reviews, it also seems to only operate in landscape mode which would be an issue for me as my phone "sits" in its cradle. It isn't clamped in place. Meaning if I turn it sideways it will just most likely fall out

hi, i made minimal music player as i missed cartunes way too much. it has cartunes' gestures controls and also works single handedly by keeping interaction elements in bottom part, so bigger iphones arent a problem. i was on a hiatus for 2 years without updating it, but it still works. am back to drawing board and making it work on carplay too in the next few months. with support for music sources like spotify, soundcloud, hype machine and more
