alternative to Macally keyboard?

I had a chance to try out Macally keyboard and really liked it. But I was worried that it takes up too much space because of the number keypad on the right.

Is there another keyboard that is as soft as Macally but doesn't have the number keypad?

Can't speak to the Macally, but I also like a soft KB to minimize finger fatigue, and love my Logitech K811 compact KB, which is made for the Mac. It takes less force than the KB on my 2014 MBP. It's no longer made and thus only available used, though. Or if you want to buy new, I'd just call Macally and ask them what their softest compact KB is.
 
If I wanted a soft keyboard and didn't care about Touch ID, I'd look at the MX Keys Mini from Logitech. I have the larger version (with numeric keypad) and it's been terrific to use.
 
One "gets used to" the numeric keypad on the right.
I would not want ANY keyboard, unless it had one.

Nope, that first sentence is only true for some. Different people have different needs, and what works for you doesn't necessarily work for someone else.

I loved having the keypad on an extended KB. But I had to get rid of my extended KB because it forces the mouse to be too far to the right, which caused me wrist pain and shoulder tension on the R side. Once I switched to a compact KB, which allowed me to bring the mouse closer in to the center, those went away.

"gets used to" looking at it. I almost never use it. I always have it just in case I want to use.

Every keyboard I've had since the 80's has had the keypad. It's always been largely unused. I easily touch type the normal number keys.
 
I got Macally's bluetooth keyboard without a number pad, and while it's better than Apple keyboard (fingers don't hurt as much), still it doesn't seem to be as good as I want it. I'm not satisfied with how it feels. Could anyone recommend an alternative keyboard?
