Alternative to Macam webcam driver?

Hello all,
Hope you are doing well. I have an on Creative Live! Cam Vista IM VF0260 laying around.
I remember it worked well on older Powerbook G4 with Macam driver
Tested it on Hackintosh with High Sierra and no go. It gives just a steady image and fps oscilate.
Is there any alternative or hack?
