Alternative to Mojave Desktop Stacks for 10.12?

Is there any 3rd party equivalent app which i can use now on 10.12?

I wrote one back in 2011 that kept things all nice neat and organized as you like, but it needed to use private OS calls in order to work. Apple does not approve of such things, so never released.
