Is there an alternative to Toast Titanium? Whenever I try to burn a movie it takes 24-48 hours to encode and then it burns. I have it in 1080p HD on my Macbook Pro, But when I throw the disc into my player its like 240p!!! I like Toast but I need an alternate. Thx :apple::apple:

I can't comment on the encode times, but with the proper plug-in, you can burn BD-5 and BD-9 discs. Basically, these are bluray discs burned onto DVD media.

Cool.. learn something new everyday. So, can these be played on standard DVD players?

No, you'd have to play them on a Bluray player. And not all BD players will play BD-5/9 discs.

Here's the page on Roxio's site for the plug-in.
