Alternatives to the SM951 AHCI 512GB?

I noticed Samsung stopped production on the SM951 AHCI 512GB M.2 SSD and the prices are starting to sky rocket. I would like to get an Amfeltec Squid, but the asking price of the SM951 AHCI 512GB is now over $420 each.
