alternatives to TM with specific folders?

Hello,

im wanting to start backing up an specific drive, to a specific location - and only specific folders.

unfortunately editing these options in TM also modifies the backup settings for all the disks,

is their software alternative to TM that does a similar thing, but with more options to select certain files and folders ?
