Let your mac sit alone for 10 minutes and see what happens to the fans. Your CPU may have been working hard just before you looked so it's normal for the fan to be spinning.

I've got a HUGE PROBLEM with me now!!!! i dunno if it's because of the cleaning i did, but i am really starting to worry.. now my applications are crashing, this time its not rainbow of death but literally crashing. Applications like times, system preferences, mail, itunes are behaving that way..

my memory no longers be inactive after the clean, i notice now i always have a huge chuck of free memory instead of before(more inactive memory)...

Edit: i did a test in regards to inactive memory and i am almost 100% sure that my memory doesn't become inactive memory anymore.. what i did was opened up 20 applications and saw the active memory went up to 1.7gb, then after i shut everything off my free memory went back up to 1.8gb.. if what i see was right then there is only 30mb transfer to inactive memory?? doesn't it cache to disc? why is it being free so quickly now?

2) on activity monitor i am seeing java running on 16terabyte of virtual memory!! am i suppose to worry that worry is going on??

i know i am being a problem now, but please help out.. :(

alright.. remember how i said i have problems with my macbook being not responsive, slowed down and more rainbow beach ball.. so i used oNyx to clear out some of the cache, verify the disc, maintenance scripts from onyx, and rebuilding launch services. and since then i notice my memory isn't going into inactive memory.. :(

Protip:

Do not worry about the temperature of the CPU. Period. The only reason you should be worried is if it is over 100 C, because that means something has gone horribly wrong.

The CPU (assuming it is not some crazy defect) is made to be used heavily and CANNOT damage itself under 100 C. When the CPU hits 100 C it shuts itself off automatically to prevent damage.

thanks for that tip.. i would stop worrying about my CPU then.. what about the memory??

what i just realise on top of that is that my memory is keep on building up.. like when i first posted that test i was only using ~1.2gb of memory, right now i am using the exact same applications as before but using ~2.1gb of memory.. why is that happenning?? anyone else might wanna help?? :(
