Aluminum Alloy DNA Case for iPhone 4/4S: Review

It's only 50 bucks too, hm tempting.
I just got my DNA case. I love the looks and feel of it. But it renders my phone absolutely useless. Murders my reception and cant even geta call from my wife sitting right next to me on her iphone. Cant call out, nothing. Signal goes from -87 to about -112 instantly
I really wanted to use this case too
EDIT:: WOW do not trust this company at all. I posted my experience on their facebook page, warning people in weak reception areas how it would affect their signal and about 30 minutes later these guys deleted my comment off of their wall and disabled me from posting anything on their page. SO instead of addressing/acknowledging the problem they silenced a paying customer sharing his experience. I had no idea the company was shady like this. If they do this I wonder how they handle other issues and warranty claims, I for one would not even bother if I was any of you. Unbelievable

i had a DNA Case for all of a day. I really wanted to like this case for a whole host of reasons - not the least of which is that i work in the DNA field.
First, the aluminum felt far flimsier than i was expecting. If the case was left alone i would fear that it would get bent or creased.
Second, the finish was fairly fake looking. it just didn't have that sleek, modern feel that i was hoping for.
Ergonomincs weren't horrible, but the ringer switch was fairly difficult to reach.
The final nail for me was the overall look of the phone in the case. the posts on the corner elongate the phone a ton without adding corresponding width so the whole just felt out of proportion.
Sent it back to the company straight away.

The company responded via email saying that y post was inflammatory and that is why it was removed. I disagree I was simply warning others and it was no worse than my post here, it was truth, and they should have addressed the issue on their page instead of deleting and blocking me but whatever.
However they did honor their 30 day money-back guarantee and sent me return postage to send it back so I cant complain, I knew I was taking a chance. They claim only 5% of customers complain of significant reception issues but I find that highly unlikely given the hit I took by simply placing my phone in half the case without securing the rest.
He did mention they were exploring other casing options they would unveil soon so I will look for that because I am one of the ones who liked its industrial design
