ok i heard there is a page out there where is tells you the status of the macbook that if new or old or something like that or if you should buy it right now i seen it around here but i cant find it.

also whats the differences between Nehalem and the one out right now if i buy my macbook tomorrow do you think is to late or should i wait until the new one come out?

Technology is constantly evolving, Apple tends (but not always, see most recent MBP update) to do it with rather large updates unlike PC makers who will usher in little CPU updates here and there as they come.
