Always Crop Images?

Do you always crop your images?

I always try to get it right first without needing to crop, but for some lenses sometimes I find it better to shoot midrange for sharpness and then crop slightly to zoom as opposed to zooming right in. Eg my 70-300mm isn't that sharp at 300mm.

i crop when i need to. sometimes i screw up the composition, sometimes i need to go from 3:2 to 4:5, and sometimes i just can't get close enough.
