iPhone 15 Pro Max Always on Display and IPhone 15 pro max

Is anyone else having issues with their always on display not staying on with your new phone? It only stays on for about 3 minutes then the screen goes black. I’ve checked all of the settings and everything is set up correctly.

I didn’t have this issue with my iPhone 14 pro max.

My 14 pro max only turned off when it was face down or at night. The 15 goes completely black and I have to touch the screen to wake it back up.

Odd…today it’s working great. Maybe it had to learn my algorithm.

Yeah. You’re right. It’s not normal. 14 and 15 pro max should stay on.

My wife’s and mine go off random times to black, it can go black in 1 min or go black in 20 min. Just started happening today after setting them up 4 dayS ago . Turned off auto brightness that didnt work .. at least it’s happening to both of our phones . Hope  sorts this out I was liking this feature until tonight ..
