Always Open Links In Tabs?

Is is possible to add a setting where when ever i click an RSS or link it opens in a new tab?
 
Just hold the cmd (Apple) button when you click at the link/RSS feed. It will open in a new fan.😉
 
I'm pretty sure in Safari there's an option in the preferences on how to set that. I'm not on my Mac right now so sorry I can't tell you for sure.
