Always start on the first page of Apps?

Is there anything I can add that would make it so when I turn on my phone it always defaults back to my first page of Apps?

Works well with apps opened from other pages; not with ones from the switcher dock though. Still an improvement, since I dump backgrounded stuff several times a day and tend to open from my folders anyway.
