Ive just been seeing some weird stuff in my activity monitor and apps open that I havent opened ever. And I have never allowed remote sharing on my computer
 
Well all of the files in the list above are macOS system files (I checked and they are there on my Mac) so you seem fine

And the apps in Activity Monitor are probably just system processes, they can have some weird names, but just double check
