I saw this "mirroring option" on the menu bar randomly. I have never connected my macbook to any wireless tv, i don't have apple tv etc. I am afraid somebody is monitoring me?

That's the button to show display preferences. It will also show Apple TVs if you have one.

You can turn it off in System Preferences -> Displays.

JUst because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get you.

Doesn't matter if you've connected to a wireless TV or not, it'll show up if it detects one nearby.

You need to chill the eff out man. Your SD card madness was funny as it was, but this is even better.

It's a bit annoying for readers to read the main text, only to realize that it's truncated and then are forced to read the title, skip past a quote (if present) and then to the main text.

I agree, and it's even more annoying with a mobile browser: the title is not visible at all!
