Just saw the video, take it back as soon as you can. I bought an HP DV1550 back in the day that started out like that when I purchased it. Fan made a small grinding noise, I didn't really care but it progressively got worse until a year later the fan quit...at which point it was out of warranty and I was kinda thankful it quit because it was getting really loud and annoying lol (though banging on the bottom where the fan was sometimes help). I still use the laptop today as a kitchen internet machine.

Yeah, I'm definitely taking it back to another store. Forgot to mention. The guy was kind of an ass. He told me he wouldn't exchange my MBP bc I had it done it too many times. Well, not my fault I keep getting faulty machines.

Worst case scenario, I will just have the fans replaced.

He's probably trying to size you up, to see if you back down, or maybe he's just a dick who thinks that you can't look after your things.

Either way, you've done nothing wrong, unless that grinding noise occurred after you dropped it or something.

Stand up for yourself and your consumer rights, and the more upset or angry you are in the store, the more likely you'll get what you want.
