If your stuck using Paypal and Ebay, yes your being scammed, but not by the buyer, by the money-grabbing SOBS that run payebay , this is why i use Amazon to sell through now, Ebay make a profit on you selling your item, then make a profit again when you try and get you money out of paypal (same company), talk about double billing.
 
The only way you can prove otherwise is by showing proof that the package went from your hands, to his hands - which wouldn't work if youre posting.

That's not true. If you have delivery confirmation of sending something to a PayPal verified address, that's proof enough that you sent the item and it was delivered.

If somebody else lives there and they took the item, or it was intercepted at the door, that's not the seller's problem.

Yes, and in order for the buyer to get his money back in a dispute, he'd have to ship the item back along with delivery confirmation.
