Got an iPhone as a gift a few months back so I am unsure of how warranty/replacement works. Basically, the right headphone stopped working and so now I can only hear out of the left side. Is there some kind of warranty plan with this phone? Would I take to the apple store or to ATT to get a replacement set of headphones?

yes, take it to the apple store and they should replace your headphones.

It is covered under Apple Care. Either visit an Apple Store or call AppleCare to get them replaced.

You have a year basic warranty... and the phones haven't been out that long- so you are covered!
