recovery mode restore, than jailbreak, than restore from a iTunes backup and than re-add my tweaks

I guess some of that info it in the iTunes backup?

ya it has not given me grief I think it was LockGlyph that made me think of it, I changed the colour of the fingerprint icon and it remembered the colour change

Settings .plist files are inside the iTunes backup so yes.

Springomize stores saved settings inside /var/mobile/Library/Preferences/
