I downloaded five column springboard off the xsellize repo.

I'm assuming its not for IOS4, it crashed after installing and my phone is now stuck in safemode and it won't uninstall through cydia I get the error message:

"subprocess pre-removal script returned error exit status 127"

any ideas? or am i sunk? Can I delete via SSH?

If you SSH into the /Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries/ you can move the Fivecolumn dylib and plist to the /Library/ folder and restart your iPhone. This should cure your problems. But it'll still be stuck in Cydia.

That might be the issue, its not got a 5 Icon springboard plist file only the dylib.

Probably didn't install properly as it crashed during the installation

It's not an issue, some things only have the dylib.

I would suggest getting it from modmyi instead

I can't install the new version because it still recognises that the old one is there :/

I cannot uninstall that is the whole problem, it won't uninstall through cydia it throws up an error message so i've removed it manually via SSH but as far as cydia is concerned, its still installed.
