Am i selling my macbook pro for 2 cheap?

I have 15 inch unibody macbook pro 2.8ghz 320 5400rpm hard drive. I am selling it for $2600 with three years apple care already registered. I'm selling it because i want the 17 inch. I think im getting cold feet because this guy want to buy 2morrow. do you guys thinks im letting it go for 2 cheap? or is it priced just right..
