Am I the only obsessed with buying cases?

I've had the case as long as I've had the phone and that's been well over a year. I've dropped it MANY times on cement and ceramic tile floors and never broken anything. I have never dropped one from 30 feet though and would be curious how many would survive that drop. I'm guessing most are designed for a few feet at most and not many, if any, would survive 30 feet. I wouldn't expect any to.

You're not the only one. I had over 50 cases for my iPhone 5. Sold them on eBay when I got the 6.

Interestingly enough, the buttons on this color are much more responsive than the clear. I wonder if they made a change to the buttons, since my prior purchase of the clear case?

Wow... The blue looks nice. I was debating between that and the gray but ended up getting the gray. But now seeing the blue...i want one too.

I have the gray as well. Haven't tried that one yet. The blue looks even better in person!
 
I'm definitely obsessed with buying cases. I still continue to buy and look at cases even though I've tried and purchased over 2 dozen cases. I sold and returned a bunch cases and was down to just 3 cases. I thought I was satisfied but then ended up buying another 4 cases. So now I own 7 cases and I still wanna try 2 more lol.

Cases currently owned: speck candyshell grip. (Black/grey), caudabe the veil xt (wisp), pure gear slim shell (black), Apple leather (black), Incipio Ngp (black), zoogue social pro (black), clear/black no name case.

Wish list: Thule x3 atmos, Magpul field case.

I've got the magpul for 5c.. I like it very much!! Comfortable to hold and good grip
 
my 3rd Magpul for 6+. i have black and clear now this! also i have super thin similar to caudabe that i bought in the philippines cost like $2 lol. i also have 3 TPU clear case as well and a wallet detachable leather.

this case prevents me from looking another case (for now) when i receive and put it on the phone. its getting a lot of attention

That looks sweet. Is that the orange one? I can't decide which color to get black or orange? I have a space grey 6 plus and I have tons of grey and black cases. Part of me wants the Orange the other part wants black.

Orange. Get both since they are cheap. Magpul really did a good job on iPhone 6+ cases.

Thanks for your quick reply. I can only afford one case since the pricing here is $18 (I live outside the USA). I think I'm gonna go with the black since I know I will be happy with it. I really shouldn't be buying anymore cases. I've spent way too much so far lol.
 
Could be a lot worse! I buy otterbox defenders every single generation of iPhone and within a day I take them off because I can't take the fact that the beautiful design is covered up but on the other hand i'll freak out if I get a scratch or ding or whatever on it. Starting to realize that nothing in life is perfect and to just get applecare and call it a day and enjoy my phone. I'd rather pay 99 dollars for applecare giving me 2 incidents of damage for 79 dollars than pay 60 dollars for an otterbox ripping it off after a day, being out 60 dollars with no insurance and nothing to show for it. What can I say I like my phones naked. Like to feel the aluminum and all the things that make an iPhone and iPhone. An iPhone in a case hinders the experience for me.

You call that a lot? I have an entire shelf of cases! :) Yes, I admit I have a problem.
 
Well, I'm making progress. I still look whenever I go in a store that stocks cases, but I haven't bought a new one for going on two months. My 5s has been wearing a Speck Mightyshell since that time.
 
I'm obsessed with good, genuine leather cases. Best so far is the Bookbook. Any other recommendations?
 
Not sure if you guys/gals deal with xtremeguard but they always have crazy sales and I got this case real cheap. $3 cheap

It looks like a spigen knockoff. Nice and slim and grippy on the sides. Not premium but not kiddish either. This case is like a filler episode while inbetween other cases.

So I ended up picking this case up in blue as well. Needed something inexpensive, stylish and easy on/off for hiking, dog park etc. All my other options are leather based and not so suitable for more rugged conditions. First off the blue looks stunning on my silver iPhone. I always loved the combo of my Apple midnight blue case with the white. The buttons are super duper responsive on it. My first impression was sort of meh when I first got it but man, this is actually a pretty sweet case. After using it several times over the weekend, I've become very fond of it quickly. Got it for $7.00 which is a steal and it really feels like high quality material, not cheap at all. Can't believe how easily the phone slides on and off but feels totally secure in the case. I'm down with ZooGue!

The blue is sweet and the buttons are great on my blue as well. I tried my gray on for a day and went back to the blue. This is a real sleeper of a case and very inexpensive, especially when they are running sales. ZooGue says they use a dense TPU material, which gives it that high quality feel. Glad you like it!

What's your impression with the Incipio NGP? I have it in frost for my white phone. Initially I really like it. I think it's a tad bulkier than the Apple silicone but I like the bottom coverage and it works with my Benks full screen protector. My main quibble with it is that the buttons are a little stiff. I also worry about the frost yellowing. That will be a deal breaker for me.
