Am I the only one not getting notifications?

Can't say that I have had any issue in any beta of IOS 7 getting notifications. I run Iphone 5 (ATT).

My screen just light up on iPhone 5/iPad 4 if it the device is locked. I always have random notifications that are missed (never showed up though) as well while I am using the device.

I do notice that I am occasionally missing notifications so you are not the only one.

There is a bug in which message notifications dont pop if you're in an app. Is this the scenario for you?

It's sporadic for me. Sometimes I don't see any for a while and suddenly I have a group of them.

It works, but not fluidly
