Do you wash your hands after using the Bathroom?

There's almost always a trash bin by the door you can toss the used paper towel into. :)

And, if there isn't...just throw it on the floor...the people will eventually get the idea (if the trashcan isn't within throwing distance). I definitely never touch the door handle in a bathroom. It is so disgusting when a bathroom has no hand towels...just a blower.

Home=Purell
Anywhere else=Lots of soap and warm water

I just wish the people at work would stop using the wall at the urinal as their booger wall.

half the time, you'd be better off not washing your hands. i've seen brown water come outta those things.

Soap, please. After working in a hospital, I soap up the faucet handle before I wash my hands and use a paper towel to open the door.

However, it's probably useless since I go around the store picking up items that have already been handled.

Remember, your desk has more germs than your toilet.

How can you *not* wash with soap, even at home? :confused: Eeewww. Not inviting any of you lot round to mine :p

Home - rinse.
Public or anywhere else - wash with soap and use shirt to open door.

I thought it was weird to do the thing with the shirt, but I guess I'm not alone. :eek:

It's obvious some of them think that they're not the ones carrying the germs.

Sorry about the other thread I started. Before posting that thread I searched for other threads with the search term "wash your hands." This topic didn't come up. :eek: Sorry! My thread sure got closed in a hurry.

But yeah, I always wash my hands. I don't understand why you wouldn't unless there was no soap or water.

Alway wash but usually walk out with wet hands because someone has left the handle on the towel dispenser all wet with lord knows what.

I don't enjoy shaking hands here. People are filthy. Over in Taiwan, I've noticed that nearly no one washes - not even rinses - their hands after going to the bathroom. Luckily the mass transit here rides smooth so I don't have to hold onto the rails =P

In the states, though, I've observed it to be better. At least people rinse. I suspect that the reason why people don't enjoy rinsing so much in Taiwan is because of the lack of paper towels and the useless hand-dryers.
