Am I the only one?

So my upgrade is due Nov 18th and my account is in good standing. I call ATT and they tell me that they can not upgrade my phone a few weeks earlier no exceptions. I even do the ole threaten to terminate my contract bit. She sees right through my bluff and does not budge!

So I ask you, am I the only one?
