Amazon app, lost little drawer at bottom...

On the Amazon (UK) app, presume also international one. I used to have a bar at the bottom, or sometimes 3 little vertical dots, where I could drag an item to save for later.

For the life of me I can't find it now, don't know how to enable it etc. I had a bunch of stuff I was looking at buying, bit now can't see it, anyone help please?
