Amazon app. Supposed to use touchid?

The Amazon app is supposed to use touch ID but I cannot find a way to enable that can you?

It works on checkout. Amazon didn't just magically made their store a privacy issue 😉. It's so you can have one click checkout enabled and not have your kids or whoever make purchases while you're not looking.
