Check out Amazon.com. Looks like they beat Apple (and Google) to the punch. Pretty smart move by Amazon IMHO.

For those who are not in the US, I have attached an image of there statement that is found on amazon.com.

Could be a smart move by Amazon to push this out two months before Apple (assuming this will be at the WWDC).

As evidenced by Apple's past strategies, being first to market doesn't mean instant win at all.

That said, I am surprised and delighted to see Amazon take the first steps in cloud entertainment. This should definitely push Apple more so than before.
