I wanted to get some MP3 songs using the gift card balance I have, but seems like I can't. I'm using Hotspot Shield, removed all the addresses, and added an US address. Tried Incognito mode, but it's the same.

Torrent it or pay for it sans GC balance.

You're not going to be able to use the GC balance to purchase it.

Yeah, I torrented it as you said. It was iTunes Plus, with the buyer's email address still kept.
