Amazon is discounting Apple's 512GB Wi-Fi 13-inch M4 iPad Pro to a new all-time low price of $1,149.99, down from $1,499.00. This steep $349 discount is only available in Space Black and on Amazon, with an estimated delivery between August 11 and August 15.

This is one of the biggest discounts we've tracked to date on any M4 iPad Pro model, and it currently beats the sale price of the 256GB Wi-Fi 13-inch iPad Pro. We aren't sure how long this one will last, so anyone interested should place an order soon.

The M4 iPad Pro launched in May and features 11-inch and 13-inch models with OLED displays, a thinner and lighter design, and support for the Apple Pencil Pro. Our full Deals Roundup has more information on the latest Apple-related sales and bargains.

Before someone claims this must mean they're not selling well...

iPad revenue: $7.16 billion vs. $6.61 billion estimated

Apple showed strongest growth in its iPad division, which grew nearly 24% year-over-year to $7.16 billion in sales. Apple released new iPads during the quarter for the first time since 2022, which spurred a wave of upgrades.

Cook said that about half of iPad buyers haven’t owned one before, suggesting the tablet market is not yet saturated.

I can imagine the 512 GB model to have turned out less popular than for the previous generation, since the TB models now get you more RAM and the nano-texture option.

This shows that iPads broadly are selling well, not specifically the M4 iPad Pro. The base iPad is pretty great right now for the price. I bet those are selling well. The new M2 iPad Air is also a pretty decent value. The M4 iPad Pro... not so much.

Must have been an error, because now it shows as $1379 (using the link in the OP).

I’m loving my M2 iPad Air + Magic Keyboard.

it means that particular model doesn't sell (ie. people choose either cheaper ones, or go straight to 1 tb with better SoC)

If we're calling what it means based on past people calling what sales mean don't forget the other goodie...

it means the M5 model must be impending... gotta blow out that stock of M4s. ;)

Yes, "we" usually do that for the other brand sales referenced on this website- like nobody can move anything NOT branded Apple... though there are "great sales" on Apple tech every week anymore... often record or near record sales.
