Amazon IPad will not rotate.

Hi guys,

Searching netted me nothing on this. I can’t use the amazon app on the IPad. It does not rotate into landscape mode. I have to take it out of the Smart Keyboard and hold it vertical to use it.

Is this me or a app problem. I have IPad Pro 12.9 2017 with the newest IOS as well and updated app.

The App (both Amazon shopping & Amazon Video) rotates for me on my 2017 12.9” iPad Pro on IOS 11.0.3.

I am finding complete system failure to rotate with my iPad mini 4 on iOS 11.0.3
I have to reset the iPad to get rotation back. And then after just a minute the fault may return, this morning it happened and also the app buttons became unresponsive. iOS 11 fail.

For what it’s worth I installed the Amazon app and deleted it shortly afterwards as I had he same problem on my Air 2 (10.1 beta). Lots of others left reviews stating the same thing.

A reset of your IPAD will clear lots of faults. You should alway try that first.
