Amazon MBP's: Leopard pre-installed yet?

Are the MBP's from Amazon shipping with Leopard pre-installed yet?

Well on amazon it says that it ships with Tiger, but there is some kind of special deal that can get you leopard, but I don't know the details. Other mac ressellers ship with Leapord though, such as Mac Mall.
