In another early Prime Day discount, we're tracking the return of an all-time low price on Apple's 64GB Wi-Fi iPad, available for $299.00, down from $329.00. This sale is only on the Space Gray color option.

This is the best deal we've ever tracked on the 10.2-inch 2021 iPad, and it's been months since we saw this price. As with all Prime Day deals, this sale isn't expected to last long, so head to Amazon soon if you're interested.

Remember that you'll need an Amazon Prime membership to get Prime Day deals. You can sign up for Prime if you don't have it yet on Amazon.

Both deals are very tempting. Coming from an Air 2. However, the non-laminated display may be a showstopper for me.
Yeah, even 8 years later, the iPad Air 2 still has a better screen than the iPad 9th generation.

The difference between the iPad 9th generation and the iPad Air 4 used to be $270 earlier this year, so $80 now is a steal, imo.

What does one get for $80? WIFI 6, A14 vs A13, what else?
1GB more RAM. 32GB more storage. Better rear camera. Better display. Landscape mode speakers. Bluetooth 5.0. USB-C.

Lose Center Stage and Lightning.

299 for an iPad is the best value in tech and all the tablet 99.9 % of the most us ever need.

Both base models come with 64 GB of storage, so that shouldn't be a factor.

I was tempted to get more storage, but for an extra $150, going from 64 to 256 GB was overkill. If there was an option for 128 GB, that's the only way that could've been improved upon. I use mine primarily for gaming so it does fit that bill quite well.

In past years, no way I was going to get one when they started at $600+

Oh right. Forgot Apple bumped the base storage in the iPad.
Yeah, that part was nice. 32 GB is just pathetic, even a few years back. The controversy here is that it's either 64 GB or 256 GB (at least with the "non suffix line"), and that's an extra $150 right there.
