I have a Gen 4 running 11.2.1. Speedtest on my Apple TV shows Ping 10. Down 80 Up 80.
When launching the Amazon app to video, I get a response that there is “Internet Connectivity Problem”. Every other streaming app works fine. I checked Amazon video help and nothing there.
Any suggestions?
