Connecting iPads to PC using Clouds

There are so many cloud options out there right now, and each one works with our devices in slightly different ways, with different login/pw combos. I was concerned that my new iPad and PC would never be able to share files, but I had nothing to fear.

I created a post on my blog on ways to interconnect my PC to my iPad using some of the more common Apple-centric cloud resources.

Cute. You take free services that give you free stuff and make users pay to access their data if they exceed a rather low amount. NICE! This type of marketing BS seems to be the norm now.

Already paying for bandwith, why on earth would I pay YOU again?

"....I'm finding my current mix of iCloud for documents/drafts,...."

Well maybe I'm just stupid, but I can find no way to put a document on iCloud as you can on iDisk or Dropbox. Every reference that I have seen says it can't be done.

Yes,I can put iWork documents on iWork beta, but that's going away and is not iCloud anyway.

Assuming I am just stupid will someone tell how to put documents on iCloud or conform that I'm correct and you can not do so.

Please...nobody tell me you can do it with Mountain Lion...there ain't no Mountain Lion.

Amazon Vloud Drive Icon disappears from toolbar

Anyone having this issue? My wife and I share our iMac . 2 users. She installed Amazon Drive Cloud with the icon on her toolbar for access. However, when I am on my mac user account, the amazon cloud icon won't appear on my toolbar. Yet when I control click I have an option to "upload to cloud drive". but the File(s) won't upload. Tried to install my own version of Amazon Cloud drive but it won't let me do that. Amazon claims multiple users on same computer can share the cloud. Any thoughts?
When I try to open the app, the cloud appears for 3 seconds on the toolbar and then disappears never to be seen again. I also changed permissions to the amazon cloud app to (read and write) for all users.
Thanks

The cloud only appears on my menu bar for about 1/2 second. Will not upload any files either.
