So we can just make up our own days now?

Lately these have been more like sub-prime days.
Maybe they should buy a mortgage company.

The only things I've been eagerly looking for during these last couple of sales have been some very discounted channels on Prime Video. My 2 month "trials" for Acorn, Britbox, and MHz from the summer Prime Days just ran out on Sunday, so I'm interested to see what I'll be eligible to stream next for just a couple bucks.

Now I'm imagining what Amazon Prime Living would be like. Brand new house for only $499 a month! All surfaces covered in ads. Every room has camera and mic that can't be turned off. An ad plays every hour unless you subscribe to Amazon Prime Living Plus for only an extra $299 a month!

I generally do my streaming on my laptop, using Firefox. So far, uBlock Origin has prevented me from seeing ads in Amazon Prime. (One of many reasons why I want real Firefox on my iPad.) I was watching a show with my parents today on their TV (and their Prime sub), however, and this huge ad for Monster.com comes up taking up a third of the screen and showing a QR code. Absolutely disgusting.

I suspect, though, they might give you "free" toilet paper with ads on it. So that's something.
