I have another troubling order. This time is it is sold and shipped by a 3rd party seller. Over 1.5 months ago, I ordered an item and tried to cancel it within 2 hours of ordering. Amazon agent told me that they would contact the seller to cancel it. Few days later, I noticed that the package was on its way for delivery. I contacted Amazon again and the agent said that he sent a note to the seller to cancel it and asked the seller to tell the courier people to return the package to them. Seller ignored us and the product was delivered. I have been trying to get a shipping label from the seller for over 1.5 months. About 1.5 months ago they said that they would send me a free shipping label in 1-3 business days. No label. Contacted the seller a few times. They made the excuse that due to COVID, they don't have enough people but they have put my case as a priority. Contacted Amazon many times and they keep saying that I would get the money back and they have filled a claim against the seller. They also said twice that they have an investigation team to investigate the case and would get back to me in 1-2 days. Again, no contact from the investigation team. They just keep assuring me that I would get the money back but over 1.5 months have passed. Where is my money?
Strange thing is knowing that I got the package, the seller said that it looks like the package was lost on its way and they would fill a claim against the courier company!
