Amazon to Crack Down on Counterfeit Goods Sold on its Marketplace

What drives me so crazy are all these claims that sound like genuinely genuine, e.g. "manufacturer refurbished" or "factory refurbished". You would believe that manufacturer refurbished would mean by Apple, but no. And accessories that are all genuine original Apple aren't really. The problem is also no recourse, as you can't go to Amazon, you have to go to the seller...

The reason why I brought that up because the functionality of the product that is copied works just like the original or an MFI product. Obviously Apple argues about safely but if this was licensed then it is now labeled as safe. I know about issues being caught on fire but it did happen to Apple products or MFI licensed product as well. I know for sure that this company is blatantly counterfeiting the product.

Any "Apple official chargers" on amazon that is even $10 below Apple's pricing is a fake. The quality is truly subpar as well, seeing as I got 2 Mac charger units from there and both turned out horribly. The first one over-heated and the replacement fried my battery.
