Remember .

Ambrosia software,

The awesome games they coded for the Mac ,

Guys, port some to the Apple TV please, as you no longer require the remote to be supported.

I personally would love bubble trouble
As a paid app

Here's wishing for a nostalgic 2017

That would be sweet. And might very well make me want to buy an ATV. I spent many, many hours playing Escape Velocity, EV Nova and EV Override. And my wife and I both loved Barrack. I'd pay good money for updated versions of all of those.

I'm going to start a thread on Ambrosias forum,

I'll see what response I can get and post back,

Anyone code out there? How much time
And effort does it take to convert old
Code to an app?

I really got into their racing game, Redline. Fortunately, one forum member took the time to create a patch to get it to run in Mavericks which also works in El Capitan! I have not tried it in Sierra yet though.

I actually just played Redline yesterday. Works well with the Logitech G27 and the old 10.6 Force Feedback kext installed into 10.11.6. There were so many user created tracks and cars you could add into the game that it was quite fun. Unfortunately, the toolbox app to import models and create tracks that Ambrosia supplied with the game only works on older PPC Macs, but I still have a PowerMac G5 Quad sitting around if I really wanted to toy with it again.

I also really liked Aquaria and Darwinia. I would love to see Aquaria on the AppleTV.

It seems pretty quiet over there nowadays. Thanks for trying though. You never know..... Maybe something will come of it someday.
