AMD/ATI 10.10 Drivers?

Has anyone had any luck downloading and installing the newest drivers from AMD?

I checked my BC CCC and I'm running 10.8 and for some reason do not see 10.9 and have not been able to download 10.10...

anybody else having these same issues?
