I think you mean Frontier Edition

This is either a really powerful card, or another power hog. From what we know so far, it may be a pretty decent card, but i'm not holding my breath. I recently found a RX 580 for a great deal. Should be going to pick it up this week, should be a FCPX beast from what i'm told...and whether ATI can get reasonable TFLOPs without absurdly high Watts.
The Founder's Edition (FE) on air at 300 watts????![]()
Wow - Nvidia used "FE" for their intro cards, and now ATI is using "FE" as well?I think you mean Frontier Edition
I cannot buy any of RX 580, RX 570, and I can buy just two models of RX 560 in my country(Poland). It seems the GPU shortages are localized.
It varies by location, store, and time.I cannot buy any of RX 580, RX 570, and I can buy just two models of RX 560 in my country(Poland).
GPU shortage is everywhere.
You have to phone and say you are serious buyer not just inquirer. Then some of these big online resellers will help you. They write 'waiting for stock' on the website to bump up the price and prevent being flooded with time wasters.I cannot buy any of RX 580, RX 570, and I can buy just two models of RX 560 in my country(Poland).

I know how it worksYou have to phone and say you are serious buyer not just inquirer. Then some of these big online resellers will help you. They write 'waiting for stock' on the website to bump up the price and prevent being flooded with time wasters.
I actually never care about comments. I care about the link in that Subreddit:You are making yourself look less credible by linking to anything at r/AMD. That subreddit is a disaster, filled with a bunch of teenage kids with moms credit card that attack you for saying anything remotely bad about AMD.
Lack of drivers in a beta doesn't mean anything. Its common for Apple to put unique OS builds on new hardware then roll in the new drivers to the next point release of OS X.
I've heard it works on the 5k iMac fine but not sure on the recent MBP's. Try reaching out to the guys over at eGPU.ioIs the Powercolor Devil Box fully compatible now with the MBP16/17 and High Sierra? When it first came out it didn't have the latest Thunderbolt chipset and firmware.
Yeah I go there often but the forums need a bit of a tidy up and reorganise. It's hard to follow.I've heard it works on the 5k iMac fine but not sure on the recent MBP's. Try reaching out to the guys over at eGPU.io
Can you give us a synopsis of what that 15 minute video says?
They interviewed several card and PSU vendors who expressed their mixed feelings about the situation. Maybe it is rather obvious in general, but I had been already wondering what they really thought about it.Can you give us a synopsis of what that 15 minute video says?
Give us something that we can read in 15 seconds, and maybe decide to spend 15 minutes on the full story.
Thanks. They interviewed several card and PSU vendors who expressed their mixed feelings about the situation. Maybe it is rather obvious in general, but I had been already wondering what they really thought about it.
As for NVIDIA and AMD, it shall remain a mystery.
