American internet tv and radio on my mac

Hello:

I live in Mexico and I would like to watch some American tv (news or entertainment) and listen to good quality radio broadcast on internet.

Can anyone suggest a good site or app or alternative methods to do this?

For info: I have since come across Livestation which has several international stations. One is the UK Parliament which is like watching paint dry.
btw - any way of watching Letterman or Leno?

Yea I didn't include Livestation in my list for exactly that reason lol. If you email me at tman444z@gmail.com I can tell you how to get Letterman and Leno.
