Anybody out there know how to set things up like this and box the games up with icons ?

It's probably based on P-UAE which is a more portable version of WinUAE for Windows, which is the most advanced and complete Amiga emulator for many years now.

The person who uploaded this YouTube video, Gibs, also hosts his own Amiga game-launcher project on there, and can probably answer you best.
