It's probably based on P-UAE which is a more portable version of WinUAE for Windows, which is the most advanced and complete Amiga emulator for many years now.

The English Amiga board at http://eab.abime.net/ acts as the official support and development of both WinUAE and P-UAE, as well as other related projects, and should be the first stop for anyone interested in anything classic Amiga.

The person who uploaded this YouTube video, Gibs, also hosts his own Amiga game-launcher project on there, and can probably answer you best.
